1. Eligibility for Returns

a. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Products

You may request a return, replacement, or technical inspection if:

b. Wrong Product Delivered

  • The product must remain unused and in original packaging

c. Non-Returnable Products & Services

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be intact
  • Product serial numbers must match our records
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, tampering, burning, water damage, or unauthorized modification

Products failing quality inspection may be rejected for return or refund.


3. Solar Installation & EPC Service Returns

For installation, EPC, or maintenance-related services:

  • Refunds are generally not applicable once installation work or project execution has started
  • Cancellation charges may apply for projects cancelled after material procurement or dispatch
  • Site visit, consultation, transportation, labor, and inspection charges may be non-refundable
  • Project timelines may vary due to weather conditions, government approvals, or site readiness

Any disputes regarding installation quality must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after completion.


4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

Step 1:

Contact our support team with:

  • Order ID or Invoice Number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Images or videos showing the issue

Step 2:

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

Step 3:

If approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged where service is available, or

After inspection and verification:

5. Refund Process

After successful inspection and approval of returned products:
